Booking terms
How booking a dirt bike tour with Enduro Phuket works, in plain words. The full terms and conditions are being updated for the new site.
Booking and paying
- Book on WhatsApp. The 1,500 THB booking deposit per rider is paid by 7pm the night before the tour, by card, Thai QR or crypto. It comes off your total.
- The balance is paid at the workshop on the day, in cash or by Thai QR.
- There are no same-day tours or walk-ins.
Security deposit
- Each rider leaves a refundable security deposit at the workshop: 5,000 THB for the Honda, 10,000 THB for the other bikes. Cash, any currency.
- It's returned after the tour. Minor scratches and falls aren't charged.
Changes, late arrival and no-shows
- Moving a booking to another date needs 24 hours' notice.
- If you're running late and tell us, the group waits 20 to 30 minutes. More than 30 minutes late counts as a no-show.
- A no-show keeps the booking deposit.
Weather
- We check the weather and route around rain. A major storm moves your tour to another date, and we message you before 8am.
Every rider
- Is 18 or over and can ride a bike with manual gears and a clutch.
- Signs the waiver and medical form, and brings a passport or ID.
- Has their own travel insurance. Enduro is a high-risk adventure activity.
- Rides with no alcohol or drugs. The workshop has the final say on who rides, and a rider who is sent back counts as a no-show.
